JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinate recruitment and selection process
  • Design and coordinate training plan in the company and write reports
  • Provide support in drafting and reviewing HR policies
  • Implement reward and punishment policies
  • Handle employee relations
  • Handle termination and resignation process
  • Handle staff demotion and promotion process
  • Perform other lawful duties assigned by superior

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum education of a Degree
  • A minimum of 4 years working experience
