Renowned Ghanaian spiritualist, Nana Kwaku Bonsam, has revealed his decision to contest as a Member of Parliament.
He said he wants to represent the people of Offinso North constituency.
In a series of Facebook posts, he revealed that his main purpose for contesting is to do away with corrupt politicians.
“I am happy today because I am going to be member of Parliament”, “Should I contest or not? I think it’s now time to do away with corrupt Politicians for the betterment of our Country.#nanakwakubonsam”, he declared.
Nana Kwaku Bonsam, whose name, ‘Bonsam’ translates literally as “Devil”, is a well known Ghanaian witch doctor and fetish priest. Bonsam gained international notoriety when he claimed to put a voodoo curse on the Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo.
